“You have power over your mind — not outside events. Realise this, and you will find strength.”
– Marcus Aurelius

About Me
My practice is shaped by both my professional training and my personal journey through life’s challenges. I know what it feels like to face emotional turmoil — and I also know that healing and growth are possible.
My Approach
I believe resilience is not born in moments of ease, but in the ability to adapt to change and uncertainty. My work blends proven therapeutic strategies with mindfulness and compassionate communication to support clients in finding clarity, strength, and balance.
With more than three decades of experience in high-performance corporate settings, I understand the pressures people face in work and life. For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals from all walks of life — entrepreneurs, business leaders, young professionals, and those navigating personal difficulties — toward greater well-being and fulfilment.
My Story
Like many of my clients, I have faced profound emotional challenges: the loss of a parent, depression, betrayal, and workplace injustice. These experiences have deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to help others find healing. Through practices like CBT, mindfulness, and self-hypnosis, I discovered inner resources that helped me regain peace and resilience.
This journey has become my vocation: to help others uncover their own inner strengths, liberate themselves from fear and negativity, and embrace lives filled with meaning and fulfilment.
“To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.”
– Ralph Waldo emerson
A Safe Space
In therapy, I provide a sanctuary of unconditional acceptance. Whatever you bring — sadness, shame, grief, fear, anger, or joy — will be welcomed without judgment. While no therapist can guarantee universal success, what I can promise is a supportive, respectful alliance, where we work together to find the strategies that suit you best.
